Network Summary

Apex Hosting operates on a multi-homed BGP network with direct fiber connections to global providers NTT and Tiscali. We also benefit from multiple peering arrangements with LINX, LONAP, BT, JANET (University networks) and Entanet. In addition private peering is provided by Virgin Media and Gamma Telecom, amongst other transit providers. We also have private European connectivity which is achieved through multiple data centres in Amsterdam with routes available from AMS-IX.

Each of our transit providers are connected through 10G dedicated fibre connections. Fiber is used exclusively throughout our Cisco network providing our customers with arguably one of the lowest latency and high bandwidth networks in the UK today.

We are able to offer far greater control over how end users reach our services. Our network infrastructure is monitored 24 hrs a day with the ability to react to any situation. We are committed to offering our customers a low latency and reliable network and will always look for ways to improve where possible.
