Why do all packages come with the same number of Virtual CPUs?
Although we allocate the same number of virtual CPUs to each package the performance is somewhat different. Many providers offer something often referred to as an "Equal Share", this means you equally share the CPU resources of the host with all other clients. Therefore a client who has ordered a smaller package than yourself has just as much CPU time. This doesn't seem fair to us.
Our packages offer distinct advantages to that method by allocating each package with it's own CPU weight (priority). Our base package is assigned a specific CPU weight then each concurrent package is allocated double the weight of the previous package giving it twice as much CPU priority and peformance.
Do you offer burst memory?
Whilst the concept of burst memory may seem like a good idea, it can often lead to problems such as instability. Also some programs are written in such a way that constantly utilises burstable memory and causes other problems. Therefore each virtual machine is allocated it's own dedicated memory and swap just like any dedicated server would have.
